Dale
Dale has spent more than 20 years building restaurants from the ground up. He’s launched brands, grown teams of 120+ and run serious hospitality operations, including places operating at Michelin level for more than a decade.
He knows what it takes to build a great venue, bring a team together and create places people want to be part of.
Grant
Grant started out washing pots and working in hospitality before spending 15 years building technology and leading development teams.
His work has taken him from recruitment platforms to projects with London Zoo and the European Space Agency. He understands the technology, but he also knows the industry it’s being built for.
